About me

Unique & handmade
Splendour and mystique of Venetian masks have been my long-life fascination, so as a 3D wall artist, for the past 15 years I have been passionately indulged in creating unique pieces of art, focusing on the masks as the starting point towards my own perception of the spirit of Venetian Renaissance.

All those who love history and tradition are now able to transfer the spirit of Renaissance to their homes, offices, hotels, restaurants etc.
How it all started
I was born in Budapest. When I was 6 my mother and I moved to Novi Sad, the capital of Vojvodina, the northern province of The Republic of Serbia. As far I can remember I have always been interested in various forms of art - drawing, painting, making collages, pastiches, plasticine figures and models, as well as in designing dresses for my dolls. While other girls of my age were playing outside, I was engrossed in the world of art which was natural for me, like breathing, since my father was a painter and my mother sang in Opera always wearing beautiful dresses from different epochs.
Throughout my primary and secondary schooling my inclination towards art became almost an obsession. But when I enrolled the Centre for Design "Bogdan Suput" new horizons opened and I finally realised what I would be doing in the future.
My fascination with Renaissance Venice, the carnivals and what is now called Venetian masks, combined with new forms of artistic expression made me embrace 3D wall art to express the spirit of glamour and mystery. It all came spontaneously when my husband and I moved to a new house - I needed something exceptional as a wall decoration in the grand living room and thus I created my first 3D wall art representing what would become my future signature-Venetian masks-like composition in 3D wall art form capturing the sharp contrast between glittering splendour under the bible black skies. From then on, I have been creating these to bring classy subtlety to people's homes.
Along the way, due to my love for fashionable accessories I started making unique wire wrapped jewelry using semi-precious stones, mother of pearl, Murano glass etc. for decoration. Judging by the sale, my work in this field is highly praised among the women throughout the world. Up to date I have exhibited my 3D wall art and jewelry creations at various art fairs home and abroad and I also have had several solo shows.
Beside creating art I also enjoy consuming it - going to the Opera, the theatre, as well as watching films and reading interesting books. I also like to travel with my children to new destinations, to meet people from different cultures and to get accustomed to their art. My art is my profession, but my hobby is cooking. Nothing relaxes me more than to cook something really special for my family, using my own recipes, inherited from my ancestors or brought back from my travels. I am thankful for the fact that my life is like river meandering through the artistic scenery by the islands of self-fulfillment.
Spirit of sophisticated Venice at your home
Venetian masks have always attracted the attention of beholders with their magical appeal. Due to their beauty these skillfully made and ornamentally decorated masks have always been collected, loved and cherished. Inspired by the charm of Venice and its carnivals and focusing on the masks, I have started to create them in the form of 3D wall art but essentially different from the traditional Venetian ones. All those who love history and tradition are now able to transfer the spirit of Renaissance to their homes, offices, hotels, restaurants etc. At the same time, because of their exclusiveness, my pieces of 3D wall art can be ideal presents for people of style.
